Anyone who knows me can tell you I am a big Hulk fan. This trade made me take a second look at what I thought of this character. Peter David shows you that the Hulk isn’t just powerhouse, he is a man who has human problems and is in love with a women who he can never be with. This too applies to Betty, she loves a man that is taken away from her time and again and leads to hurting her and her death. Marvel brings this collection together to allow fans to deal with Betty’s death and to allow Peter David to explain why he allowed her to die.
You can tell that David and Marvel Had there differences on where and how the story should of gone. He says this in the foreword, but at the same time this allows you to see that there is a underlying story of how love can be hard but will be there always. If you are a Hulk fan and want a really good read. I would say pick this trade up.

I have read this book and I will say that it is excellent. I expected it to be a little too touchy-feely, but was pleasantly surprised at how it was action-packed. A good page-turner.
